These terms cover your use of studioliminal.org (“the site”), run by Studio Liminal LLC (“studio liminal,” “we”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may browse, read and share links to the site for personal, educational and professional purposes. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or use the contact form to send spam or harmful content.

Our work and how you may use it

The writing, frameworks, diagrams, images, logos and design on the site belong to Studio Liminal LLC or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. This includes our frameworks, such as Harm as Accumulation.

You are welcome to quote short passages and to discuss our ideas, with credit to studio liminal and a link to the site. Please ask us before reproducing, adapting, translating or distributing our materials, using them in a course, training or publication, or using them commercially. Write to hello@studioliminal.org; we are usually glad to say yes.

The studio liminal name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse or partner with you without our written permission.

Information, not advice

The site shares our thinking and describes our services. It is general information, not professional, legal or clinical advice for your situation, and reading it or contacting us does not create a client relationship. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

What you send us

When you contact us, please do not include confidential or sensitive information until we have agreed how to handle it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat what you send.

Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not control, including Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Studio Liminal LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or from your reliance on anything published on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
